Shipping & Returns Policy – Lush Intimates

At Lush Intimates, every order is prepared with care, love, and attention to detail. As a small New Zealand–based business, we truly appreciate your support and want your experience with us to be effortless and enjoyable.

Shipping Information

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed. While we’re a small team, we always aim to dispatch as quickly as possible.

All orders are shipped via New Zealand Post, and you’ll receive an email with tracking details once your parcel has been sent.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • New Zealand: 2–3 business days after dispatch (Rural or remote areas may take slightly longer)
  • International: Up to 20 business days depending on destination and customs clearance

Additional Shipping Notes

  • Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order — we cannot replace or refund parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
  • Lush Intimates cannot take responsibility for delays due to postal disruptions, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Any import duties or customs fees for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you adore every Lush Intimates piece, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

As a small boutique label, we are unable to offer refunds for change-of-mind or sizing issues. However, we’re happy to provide store credit (in the form of a voucher) for eligible returns, unless the product is faulty upon arrival.

If you’re uncertain about sizing or product details, please reach out to us before ordering — we’re always happy to assist.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from marks, stains, or scents.
  • All tags and hygiene seals must remain intact.
  • The return must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Underwear
  • Hosiery & body stockings
  • Swimwear (if hygiene seal is removed)
  • Intimate accessories or toys
  • Mystery boxes, clearance, or final-sale items

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a short description. We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or store credit as appropriate.

Additional Notes

  • Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty.
  • Please use a trackable courier for returns — we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
  • Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date issued.
